Dr. Ashkan Farhadi (M.D., MS, FACG) ist ein führender Gastroenterologe, der Patienten mit Bewegungs- und Funktionsstörungen des Darms, wie z. B. RDS, aber auch Patienten mit entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen und anderen abdominellen Krankheiten behandelt.

Dr. Farhadi ist Facharzt für Gastroenterologie und Ernährung am Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, USA. Er ist ebenso auf dem Gebiet der Gastroenterologie als Forscher tätig und ein Mitglied der Internationalen Gesellschaft für Funktionelle Gastrointestinale Erkrankungen (International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders).
