Do I have to have a Paypal account for subscribing to the monthly bulletin?

However you will need to sign up for a free account from Paypal for the bulletin subscriptions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but you wil beresponsible for international shipping charges.

What does the e-book look like?

A demo version and the excerpt of the chapters are available for download here.

What type of software do I need to read the eBook?

The book will automatically install software that will make it possible for it to be read on your computer.

The book ask to install a bookstack software, do I need it?

No this is optional free software.

How will I receive my eBook?

Once you purchase the eBook, you will receive an email with a link that will enable you to download the e-book.

What if I can not open the eBook on my computer?

Just contact us and we will trouble shoot your problem or send you a copy that is compatible with your computer.

Can I print or save the eBook?

The e-book will be saved on your computer and is only for on-screen view.

How will my order be shipped?

USPS media mail.

What are the shipping and handling fees?

For eBook and subscription, there is no shipping and handling fees.

For paper copy, shipping in U.S. is US$3.50 each and $1.50 every additional copy.

What happens when I order the bundle?

You will receive an email with a link to download the eBook as well as an email confirmation of shipment when the paper copy is shipped.

What happens after I purchase the monthly bulletin subscription?

You'll recieve a username and password in your e-mail, you can then go to Bulletin to sign in .

What if I forget my login/ password for the monthly bulletin?

You can go to your paypal account to retrieve your username or password.

Will you automatically renew my subscription when it ends?

Yes, unless you cancel it.

What if I purchase the e-book and I am not satisfied with it?

No problem. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will fully refund you.

What if I purchase the hard copy and I am not satisfy with it?

No problem. Contact us within 7 days you receive the hard copy of the book and we will refund you your money minus S/H.

What if I purchase the Bulletin and I am not satisfied with it?

No problem. Contact us anytime and we will refund you for all issues that you have not received and one issue that you have already received (the trial issue).

How do I use the coupon I got after I participated in research survey?

You may use the coupon toward purchase of the e-book, hard copy book or subscription of the bulletin.

Can some one else use my coupon?

No, but you can use it to purchase a copy of the book for gift.

Can I use more than one coupon toward the purchase of my book? 

You may use one coupon toward purchase on each check-out.
